Latinas are a growing share of the female population in the United States.

As of 2013, Hispanic-American women owned 1 out of every 10 women-owned businesses.  Looking just a few decades down the road, these powerful women's share of the nation's population will increase from 16.4% today to 25.7 % by the year 2050.  It is important to recognize and identify Latina leaders so they can share their experiences and help inspire future leaders of their communities.
